If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the cancellation notice as well as the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the total scope of the services stipulated in the contract.
